“Marlborough District Council regulations limit the total number of paying guests we can allow to stay on any given night. We monitor the bookings & guest numbers and block off availability to remaining rooms once Council limits have been reached.”

Cancellation Policy:
10% of the room rate will be charged if cancellation is within 48 hours of arrival. Total room rate will be charged for a no-show.
